Quotes & bookings
All quotes are valid for 14 days. A booking is confirmed once we've replied to acknowledge your requested date and service.
Pricing
Man & van work is charged per hour, in 30-minute grace blocks. Waste and garden clearances are quoted on volume and complexity.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small charge to cover time reserved.
Liability & insurance
We carry Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, poorly packed items, or items we advise against transporting.
Disposal
All waste is disposed of at licensed facilities in accordance with UK regulations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
